Mid-February- While most of the rest of the continental United
States worries about snow, ice and such, we in South Eastern Florida enjoy what
we paid for with all those storms during hurricane season; perfect
paddleball weather! And such was a perfect day that the U.S. Paddleball Association held their doubles paddleball tournament at the Flamingo Park
courts, in Miami Beach, Florida.
Competition was fierce for both "A" and "B"
divisions as players battled it out in one of black-ball's premiere events.
Power met with finesse and knowledgeable spectators were quick to acknowledge
the efforts which the players put out!
I'm sure I'm not the only one that wishes to extend a big THANK YOU to
all the contestants, to the USPA and to their sponsors for a great day of paddleball spectatin'!
